Licensing Terms

1. Overview

Thank you for purchasing from Rex Lexington Labs. All digital downloads come with a Standard License that grants you broad personal and commercial use rights. By downloading any product, you agree to the following terms.

2. Standard License — What You CAN Do

• Personal use — Print for your home, gifts, or personal projects.
• Small commercial use — Use in products you sell (mugs, tumblers, cards, prints) up to 500 units per design.
• Client work — Use in designs created for clients (invitations, branding, marketing materials).
• Print-on-demand (POD) — Use on POD platforms (Etsy, Amazon Merch, Redbubble, etc.) for physical products you create.
• Crafting and DIY — Use in scrapbooking, journaling, Cricut projects, sublimation, and similar crafts.
• Social media and web — Use in social media posts, blog graphics, and website designs.

3. What You CANNOT Do

• Resell or redistribute the digital files as-is or in a digital format (no sharing, reselling, or giving away the source files).
• Claim ownership of the original artwork or designs.
• Use in AI/ML training — Do not use our files to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
• Create competing products — Do not repackage our designs into digital download packs or clipart collections for sale.
• Sub-license — You may not grant others the right to use the files independently.

4. Extended License

If your project requires use beyond 500 units per design or you need broader rights (e.g., mass manufacturing, corporate branding), please contact us for an extended license quote.

5. Attribution

Attribution is not required but always appreciated. If you'd like to credit us, a link to rexlexingtonlabs.com is wonderful.

6. Enforcement

We reserve the right to revoke any license if these terms are violated. Unauthorized use may result in legal action under applicable copyright law.
